APPOINTMENT RULES

 appointments have a 10 minute grace period, 30 minute appointments have a 5 minute grace period.

 if you are going to exceed this time please reach out to see if your tech has the extra time to take you or if a reschedule is necessary.

It is recommended that appointments be booked out 2-3 weeks or more in advance to avoid lack of availability.

Please  book your lash service appropriately. if a different lash style is recommend during consultation or if a  services must be added or upgraded price will be adjusted accordingly.

Appointments must be confirmed by day of service. Confirmations and reminders are sent out via text or email 48/24hrs before scheduled time.

If appointments are not confirmed they will be canceled and /or filled by a waitlist client.

If you can not make your appointment please reach out to your technician before your scheduled time to reschedule. THERE ARE NO FEES FOR CANCELS OR RESCHEDULES.

If you no call no show full price of missed appointment must be paid before re-booking 

All last minute openings are posted in our IG story daily

GUEST 

no extra guest are allowed in studio seating is limited and meant for active clientele only.

no kids are allowed in studio, for they can not be supervised  around candles and other fragile and dangerous materials.
